While I am always sad to see a customer leave, I do understand that sometimes budget, life, etc. can play a major factor in keeping a site online, and sometimes you must simple cancel things, even if for just a season – if there is something wrong with your web site, PLEASE open a ticket, drop me an email, let me try to lend you a hand, always here to help!
If however you are no longer needing service there are two options for canceling:
1) Cancel via the Customer Zone – Under My Services/My Domains – there will be a listing of your services – simply click the GREEN icon on the right – this opens a detailed listing of the service, from there scroll to the bottom and select “Request Cancellation”
2) Cancel via Trouble Ticket – If you wish to cancel you can open a ticket via the customer zone – simply open a trouble ticket within billing, requesting the cancellation – a followup ticket will be sent to you confirming things, and it will be removed.
Please try to request cancellation at least 15 days prior to your renewal date, this way there are less chances of services being billed again and new invoices be generated for the account – I realize this is not always possible – but as long as it is BEFORE your invoice due date, your account can be terminated without having to pay additional months.
