A common problem now days is that ISP’s are blocking access to port 25 for sending mail, as a work around all servers now have port 27 open as a secondary port to send mail, so if you are having problems sending your email, please goto your account prefrences in your email application – choose the Outbound or SMTP area of the configuration and change the port from 25 to 27.

Alternatively you can try over SSL which requires a little more change, try changing your outbound SMTP to the hostname of your server, for instance: solomon.flockhosting.com — once changed set SSL as the SMTP method and give that a try, most ISP’s will honor the SSL and not block outbound connections.

If neither of these options solve your problem -or- you need additional assistance,  please open a ticket.
