Usually within moments of signing up you’ll get a few emails confirming your account – if you haven’t make sure you have the following address in your address book:

info@flockhosting.net

If you haven’t seen this in your inbox yet, white list, then check your email provider’s spam filter – sometimes due to the volume of monthly emails we get blocked – but if that happens you can easily check the emails the system has sent you by logging into the Customer Area and choosing Emails Sent (That link will only work once you are logged in.)

Once your setup though you will get a “New Account” email subject will be:

New Account (yourdomainname.com)

These welcome emails are important, You are strongly encouraged to print these for your records as they are important for interacting with your hosting and billing accounts.

If for any reason you did not receive these emails please open a ticket so you have them properly for your records.
